Bees from Bundaberg (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “BFB”) is a family-run beekeeping business based in Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
Our honey is a natural product produced by honeybees from local eucalyptus and native blossoms around Bundaberg, Queensland.
Because honey is influenced by seasonal and floral conditions, colour, flavour, aroma, and texture may vary between harvests. These natural variations are part of what makes each harvest unique.
Raw honey may naturally crystallise over time. Crystallisation is a normal and natural process and does not affect the quality or safety of the product.
3. Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to update prices, product information, and product availability at any time without notice.
4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where a product becomes unavailable, an error has occurred, or fraudulent activity is suspected. If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be provided.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to most locations within Australia.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, weather conditions, and courier networks.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing an order.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer may incur additional shipping charges before being re-sent.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to Australian biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship honey, beeswax, and other bee products to certain restricted areas.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Western Australia
- Tasmania
- Kangaroo Island
Orders with delivery addresses in restricted areas cannot be processed through our website checkout.
These restrictions are in place to help protect Australia’s bee populations and comply with regional biosecurity requirements. As regulations may change from time to time, we reserve the right to update our shipping restrictions without notice.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where possible, please include photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us, and we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Product Information
Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.
Customers are responsible for checking the suitability of products for their own dietary requirements, allergies, or individual circumstances.
