Processing Time
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of purchase. During busy periods (e.g. holidays), please allow a little extra time.
How Your Order Arrives
Most orders are shipped via Australia Post, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $13 per order, Australia-wide (excluding restricted areas, see below).
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Metro areas: 2-5 business days
- Regional areas: 5-8 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to Australian biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship honey, beeswax, and other bee products to certain restricted areas.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Western Australia
- Tasmania
- Kangaroo Island
Orders with delivery addresses in restricted areas cannot be processed through our website checkout.
