Q: What’s the shelf life of your honey?
A: Raw honey has an incredibly long shelf life – stored correctly in a cool, dry place, it keeps indefinitely. In the unlikely event any jars crystallise before they sell please contact us and we may be able to arrange a replacement for you.

A: Our Bees from Bundaberg honey is raw and unfiltered, which means it goes from the hive to the jar without the high-heat processing that strips commercial honey of its natural enzymes, pollen, and depth of flavour. It’s also genuinely local – and because we don’t blend across seasons, the flavour shifts naturally with what’s flowering. That variation is something your customers will notice and appreciate.
Q: How do I reorder once I’m a stockist?
A: Easy – we stay in touch via email and make reordering as straightforward as possible. When you’re running low, just reach out. We pack all honey to order to ensure highest quality, so we ask for at least 7 business days notice.
